Technical Requirements
Stage Requirements
- Minimum stage: 24ft wide × 16ft deep
- Risers preferred: drums 12" (8×8), keys 6" (4×8)
- Clean black stage deck required
- Stage left & right wing space min. 6ft each
- All cables run in trough or taped flat
Power Requirements
- 2× 20A 120V circuits — backline (separate ground each)
- 1× 20A 120V circuit — FOH position
- 1× 20A 120V circuit — monitor world
- All circuits clean & dedicated (no shared house loads)
- Power conditioners provided by touring party
Monitor System
- 6 discrete monitor mixes minimum
- IEM-capable system preferred (KLANG or equivalent)
- Touring party provides Shure PSM1000 IEM for lead vox
- Minimum 5 wedge mixes if no IEM — EV or d&b preferred
- Drum monitor must handle 130dB SPL
PA System
- L-Acoustics, d&b, or Meyer Sound line array preferred
- Sub coverage must extend to front of stage
- Advance PA spec sheet required 10 days prior
- No commercial-grade rental systems

Hospitality Rider
Catering — Full Band Meal
- Hot meal for 12 — minimum 2 hours before show
- One (1) vegan option required every date
- One (1) gluten-free option required every date
- No pork products on rider (hard requirement)
- Protein: chicken, fish, or plant-based alternatives
- Sides: roasted vegetables, rice or potatoes, salad bar
- Dessert: fruit platter
Beverages
- 24× still water (500ml bottles) — green room & stage
- 12× sparkling water
- Assorted juices (no added sugar): OJ, apple, cranberry
- Hot beverages: coffee, tea, honey, oat milk
- 6× Liquid Death or equivalent canned water on stage
- Alcoholic: 1× case local craft beer, 1× bottle whiskey (artist preference)
Dressing Room
- Private dressing room — artist & TM only
- Separate band room (8+ persons capacity)
- Full-length mirror, clothing rack, iron/steamer
- Wi-Fi login provided at load-in
- Show towels: 14× white hand towels
- First aid kit on site
Ground Transport
- 2× passenger vans (8-seat) from hotel to venue
- Load-in transport must accommodate 20+ cases
- TM to receive all vehicle details 48 hrs in advance
- Airport pickups: advance itinerary provided by TM
- No shared vehicles with other acts on multi-act bills
Credentials
- All Access: 4 laminates (TM distributes)
- Band laminates: 10
- Label / guest list: 8 tickets — TM provides names by noon
- Photo pass: 3 songs, no flash, approved photographers only
- Advance comp list to be finalized 72 hrs out
